WASHPAN
Washpan was found at 65 Cadillac Square, (in the Cadillac Tower), Detroit. Owned by Gino Washington along with Atac, Wig, Per-Fec-Ta, & G&G Records on his return from his Draft 1967. In 1964 he had drafted into the U.S. Army and served in Japan and South Vietnam; upon return his music career stalled. He had released singles on Ric-Tic, SonBert, Wand, Amon & Correc-tone berfore his draft.  He hosted his own variety television show in Detroit during the 1970s. Green = 2-Step & Yellow = Northern Soul plays. The Tomangoe's is valued at £2.5k (Nashville stamped), 99% for sale are 70's boot-leg copies and they can sell for £25-£50.

  1. I have the Do You Have That Soul single b/w Do You Have Soul Instrumental. The Matrix number is ST372933 on both sides. By the way, my copy does not have the two black lines on the label and the b-side title is Do You Have Soul, not Do You Have That Soul and the word Instrumental is below the writing credit.

  2. Thanks for the matrix number. It sells for b/w $150 and $385. Also came out on Atac label, similar prices. Early numbers no black stripes. The 'b' side I'm unsure about, most people list it as Inst.
